Shannon Martinez is the best realtor you could ever hope for! From the minute I contacted Chantel Ray, I was schedule for an appointment the next day where I got to meet Shannon. I knew next to nothing about the VA home loan process and she broke everything down for me simply and quickly. My husband was out to sea aiding in hurricane relief but I never felt alone in the process thanks to her. She was very quick finding lots of homes that fit what we were looking for and scheduled viewings even faster. A couple weeks later, we found the perfect place! I was so happy to go with Chantel Ray Real Estate...especially Kim Elliott-she was FABULOUS!!! When you're selling your house, there is potential for stress-but Kim made that transition easier. She was in contact with us frequently-letting us know what was, or wasn't going on. It took a little longer (a little over a month) to sell our house, but her encouragement-helped. She would say, "the right buyer will come"...and the BEST part for us was the prayers. Knowing someone is praying for you during this time gave us peace.
