My dog had some pretty bad lacerations and had to get some stitches. Everyone was super nice and respectful. They reassured me that he was going to be okay, which really helped me not worry as much. They also gave me a call the following day just to ensure that my pup was doing well, was able to keep down food and take his medication. I am looking forward to seeing him heal and get back to his normal self.
Love love love this vet! All my pets have been going here for 22 years now! Friendly compassionate staff and very reasonable on pricing for services! Would HIGHLY recommend them for your family pets! They also have groomers who are fantastic with the fur babies!
I've been a client at Acredale since 1987! I have always had wonderful care by all the staff and the doctors. We love all the doctors - we usually see Dr Alex and love her. Dr Kenny took care of our Boo's dental care and he was so kind to him, and took the time to explain everything completely before he did anything. These are awesome folks and I won't take my baby anywhere else!
This is the one vet I have always taken my dogs and cats to. They are caring, friendly and professional. When one of our babies needed referrals, they always sent us to wonderful specialists. No need to go anywhere else.
My 9 year old dog was in an extremely amount of pain. I had never been to their veterinarian clinic. I walk in and asked if they could see my baby girl. They said walk ins are always welcome with a smile on their face. I carried her in there. The front desk nurse noticed that my dog was in a large amount of pain and grabbed a vet tech immediately. They grabbed her and rushed her into an exam room. With in 3 minutes of being in the office they had her in the back. I filled out three pieces of paper. Not 1000 like at other places I have been. The front desk was very nice to me. After I completed the paper work. 3 minutes at the most. They had me in an exam room. After being in the office for a total of 15 minutes the Vet came in and talked to me. My dog had a tumor on her spleen that was bleeding in her chest and abdominal area. She gave me a very great explanation of what my opinions were and what her life expectancy would be if I went forward with treatment. After a long discussion with my wife we decided to relieve her of her pain. When I told this to the vet she didn’t make me feel guilty for making that decision. She actually comforted me in that decision. Then after that she went over everything with me. The whole staff was so professional and comforting. Putting my dog down was very hard for me. The nurse came in and comforted me before my wife got there. They let me see my dog and spend time with her before she passed. They also let me hold her while she was passing. Then they let me hold her as long as I wanted. Acredale hospital Is the most professional, understanding, and polite veterinarian hospital I have ever visited. I am going to stop going to my other vet clinic and start going to them from now on. I will also tell all my friends to bring their pets. Thank you Acredale hospital! Y’all made one of the hardest moments a pet owner goes through the best possible experience in that moment.
