I worked with Lena Elhag and she was great. I came in looking for an old cologne (Polo #3) that I used to use frequently only to find out it was discontinued. Rather than turn me away she told me about the composition of the cologne that gave it it's aroma and showed me several very similar colognes. Long story short - I left as a very happy costumer!

Recently stopped into Dillard's at Lynnhaven to purchase a new pair of boots for the fall, and I was so pleasantly surprised with the outstanding customer service. I went to the store with an idea of what I wanted, but wasn't quite set on the pair. Caylin in the shoes department helped me find the absolute perfect boots for me. Through all of the different shoes that didn't quite work and contemplating between brown or black boots, she was extremely patient with me the whole time. Once again, a great shopping experience at Dillard's!
I'm hoping it was just an off day.

It was somewhat busy while I was there, but they seemed very understaffed and I couldn't find anyone available to help me. I couldn't find what I was looking for either (although I was unfamiliar with this location, so it was probably available) and left after 15 minutes of wandering.
Worst return policy by far. It's disgusting. I bought some bras and after wearing them for just a bit I realized how terribly itching and annoying they were. Obviously terrible material, design, quality, etc... I looked at the receipt and turns out the items had a 3 day return policy.... three days... it's ridiculous. I took them back and asked for a refund and was only allowed a stupid gift card to the same store with the terrible return policy. Its theft by dillards.
