Always find quality merchandise. Went out this Thanksgiving evening and found lots of great deals starting at 60% off! Macy's is very competitive, give them a try.
So, it was in stock, and I got it for the sale price as I expected.
Once there, I found the display model with a higher price than the sale price I'd seen it listed for on their webpage. When I told a sales associate about it, she said that the store would match the websites sale price. We then noticed that the item I wanted was not in the showroom stock, so she went to the back and found one for me.
Friendly helpful salespeople. Good selections. Reasonable prices, on sale.
FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL SERVICE!... I found a toaster oven on Macy's website that I wanted. The website listed it as being on sale and in stock at a Macy's near where I live. Without calling the store to double check on anything, I took the website for its word and went there to buy the toaster oven that same day.
I used to love shopping here. They always had a great selection of petites. I’ve noticed lately that the petite section has gone down hill and keeps getting smaller, with barely anything good at all to choose from. I inquired about this to the sales associate and she informed me that they were dong away with petites all together in the near future. They have just lost me as a customer. If you’re short and/or small framed, then Macy’s at Lynnhaven does not want nor care about your business.
We walked the store and loved the displayed clothing...especially loved the shoes! Prices were a little high on dresses, but overall I love shopping at Macy's.
