Shoes in great disarray! Mens and women's intermingled. Poor selection of sheets. .so sad as this is my favorite store
Pretty decent place though quite a few times I have gone it has been a mess. Staff have been friendly and helpful if I need to help looking for certain items but when I had to pay off my credit card in the past, I have had a few of the people behind the counter at Customer Service act very rudely towards me.
Ok this is Kohls. The company started with this Moto"come to expect great things" well now. they first open in my home town you had no choice but to expect it.. Then they now have how "may I deliver excellence" joining those these two statements together has made kohls bar so high their mistakes o poor customer svc makes you not want to even shop with them . However after having dealt with Joe, talking to rich and Heidi customer service is at an all time high. So if you've in va beach. Va pls give them a trym
Kohl's has great prices (and incentives) and quality products. Also they have an awesome return policy (plus if the price goes down soon after you buy something, they will refund you the difference). I usually cannot get out of there without buying something. LOVE KOHL'S!!
