Place & management is a joke...tried to return shoes but just to be hassled by a vague return policy...every shoe inside the place is worn yet tried to return a pair that I has put on there and at home once only to be told they won't exchange them for a pair I wore at the store for longer than the ones I was exchanging....just going to be a big waste of time after I end up simply returning them for a refund when a different crew is working...lost a customer for life
Rude customer service, the younger make with dark hair to be exact.. I would rather be hit in the face by a whale than shop here again
