I went to JC Penney Optical Shop at Lynn Haven Mall in Virginia Beach, Virginia. I had the best eyeglass purchase I have ever had. The receptionist was friendly and professional. The eye doctor was thorough and very nice. The technician who fitted my glasses was great. I was able to get two complete pairs of glasses for $99.00. I paid extra to have one of the pairs expedited because my old ones had broken. The expedited pair was ready the very next morning! I very pleased with the service and products I received at this location. (:
worked here few years ago. if its still the same managment horrible terrible people!!! an older worker there acused me of stealing and i was interigated for hours literally. i was young so i was a mess hyterically crying. long story short they didnt watch the whole video which they refused for hours to show me because once i saw it i knew what they were talking about, it was a co workers ring who which me and another woman found imediatly bc it was her grandmothers wedding ring and we knew how much it meant to her. after that they still tried to get me to write on paper that i was thinking about taking the ring. i quit that day i was so emotionally ezsausted i had co workes asking if i was ok and the girls whos ring it was apologizing that this had happened to me (though it wasnt her fault) and i didnt get another job for years after that i was traumatized from the expierence. older now i should of called a lawyer. never shopped even stepped a foot into jc.pennys again.
I love this store. Found my shoes that i wanted. Looked on line saw a pair that i liked went to see if they had them in the store and they did worked out perfectly. Thank you
And on top of that went to check out and stood where it states clearly LINE FORMS HERE and the check out lady took someone else NOT in line. She had her hair covered by her hair as well so I couldn't catch her name. Very unprofessional!
Came in to get a hair cut. No signs or anything to let you know what time it opens and then apparently someone called out so when it was supposed to be opened at 12pm nobody is in there. Again no signs or anything to let anyone know what is going on. Very poorly done by not only the salon but whoever they call at JcPenny to let them know they are out. Never will come here again. Waste of time!!
Come here because of the clothing and the vast selection of other things. BUT, it is a crying shame that you have to call the store in effort to find someone who is at a cash register. Come on folks, bring customer service back!
