Greatly appreciated the hostile attempt at shaming me into paying it as well after I called you out on doing that. This trip and future ones are a no all day going forward.

Had a great experience at East Coast appliance today. We were in a rush and Sean helped us quickly and easily navigate the store and our options for a fridge for the garage. We were in a out with our purchase in less than a half hour.
I had a wonderful experience at East Coast Appliance. I came in for a washer and dryer. JR was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained all the differences between the different washers and dryers and you could tell he knew his stuff. He wasn't pushy and gave us time to chat when we needed to but would come back any time we had more questions. I was also helpful with the quick and professional delivery of the appliances to my home which were installed 2 days after purchase. I've used it multiple times since and they work great! Thanks!
My point perfectly illustrated by the confrontational "owner response." FYI this was SNEAKED on with no mention, as in would have flown under the radar had I not pointed it out. I also didn't buy your appliance due to the poor customer service, high pressure, and basic diregard for my interests or wishes, not to mention sheer balls of Jamie to think these actions were in any way ethical or appropriate.

Why would you give your money to a big box store with zero help or care after the sale when you can help promote local business. I was lucky enough to get Lloyd as a salesman. Very helpful and knowledgeable for the four hours I was there picking out a refrigerator and dishwasher. Not only did he beat everyone else's price but he bent over backwards to make sure I had exactly everything I was looking for. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and I will only shop there for my appliances from now on. On my way to see them I first stopped at Lowe's to look around and I stood in front of the dishwashers for probably 20 minutes. Halos salesman was 20 feet away from me and never once even said hi right if I needed any help. Do yourself a favor and go to East Coast Appliance and ask for Lloyd and check out the difference for yourself.
Always super great feeling when they try to sneak on an extra $100 worth of unnecessary BS when you're on a strict budget, and not mention it.
