The bathrooms are weird and tiny.
The food is nothing to rave about. It takes forever to arrive and it's not even hot!
It wasn't a bad experience, nor was it's an unpleasant bar, the problem is the way the people that work there responded to their customers. Maybe this is something that only happened to me and my friends. While at the bar the bartender purposely ignored me was the idea that I would go back to my table and order through my waitress. I don't know how many waitresses we're working that night but it took our waitress just about 30 minutes to get to us, the first time! So I went to the bar. The bartender wouldn't talk to me until the waitress got to my table and when she did all she said was the waitresses waiting for you. Not a real fun experience.
Good wait staff. Terrible for people who don't smoke! Poor ventilation. They're is a closet for non smokers far off in a corner, don't even know if there was a table in the closet! Poor way to treat non smokers... VERY CRAPPY way to get around the law for non smokers! Will not be back. Now I know why I don't go out to bars anymore :(
GREAT IDEA.... STAFF ruins it
I love this place. I have been coming here for over 8 years and I've never been disappointed. The waitress' & KJ's who have been there for a good amount of time recognize me by name, are super friendly and greet me when I get in there - feels like a second home and I always have a great time. I've never had a bad experience with the food and it is reasonably priced. The only complaint I've ever had was the smoking but I know they've taken measures to help combat the ventilation and smell and I've just come to expect that I might smell a little like a cigarette when I get out of there but to me, it's worth it. I love singing here and I'm so glad this place exists! Love you guys!!
Every time I go I'm hoping to have a great time. ...and then I am sorry I came!
Also...it's OBVIOUS that there are bar favorites who sing AGAIN AND AGAIN while you wait and wait to sing 1 song!
Love this place. Great bar food. Staff is wonderful. The atmosphere here is pure enjoyment.
I WANT to love this place....but you're treated like an annoyance. They will charge you for refills on SODA!
