Buyer be ware. ..terrible is not strong enough of a description for this florist. My daughter who is station in SK went to their website for Mother's day only to not have the flowers & chocolates delivered on time, but they died in days. No chocolates and it took 5 1/2 weeks, 12 emails, 3 phone calls to get their 100% guarantee. Basically had to push calling the news station to get a response. Replacement bouquet is even smaller than the other and no chocolates but supposed to include extra flowers. ...what a joke!
Awful florist who apparently don’t know how to follow instructions. Asked to deliver flowers on Monday to her work so she could have them there at her desk and enjoy them but they delivered them Friday afternoon. And I paid extra for a special vase that they were happy to take my money and not provide. Then when I called to complain they said they would go back and REMOVE the flowers from my fiancée and re deliver on Monday?! Are you kidding me! I almost couldn’t stop laughing cuz I thought they were joking! I talked to a supervisor who said they would make up for it and an hour later my fiancée calls me to say the delivery guy just came and took her flowers away!!!!! Outrageous! DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST THEY ARE AWFUL AND SO DISRESPECTFUL!
Flowers were so beautiful. The colors were perfect for Thanksgiving plus I got them the same day I ordered them.
These guys did my wedding. The owner worked directly with us on what we wanted for the theme of the wedding. They did a great job of giving us ideas on colors and center pieces. Everyone at the wedding kept commenting on how beautiful the flowers were. I'd highly recommend them to anyone for their wedding.
