I just wanted to do something simple but thoughtful for my wife. So I gave Flowers by Milo a try over my normal florist because they were closer to her office. The person helping me was super accommodating and we got a great arrangement for a great price. And, here it is a week later and they still look and smell amazing. I'm thinking I found our new florist! :)

I was excited to find that my daughter had sent me flowers, from Missouri while in AIT. However I wasn't home. When they called they asked where I worked and I explained Newport News, the tone and the No was upsetting. I can understand the No, but the tone and how it was delivered was a downer.
I placed an order on-line for my daughter who lives in Virginia Beach. I've tried other florist and they did an ok job. Flowers by Mila did a great job. The flowers look just like their picture on their website and my daughter even noticed that there was a difference in these flowers. I will be using this florist again!
I was coming close to closing and I called ahead asking if they would be able to help me out. They said yes so I made the drive. Now here I am sitting outside 35 minutes before they close and they decided to close early anyways.
Just wonder why they didn't offer that first. I'm happy for the flowers I will not tell my daughter and upset her when she was trying to brighten my day. But I will tell anyone else my experience. I wasn't pleased.
As a minor change was made, a photo of the actual arrangement was sent for my approval/notification. This was a step beyond what needed to be done. I appreciate the extra effort and attention my order received!
I explained I will pick them up when I get off, but I get off late. So of course the next day comes. They call to tell me they can send my order over to another florist closer to my Job.
