Charlene, What an outstanding job you did last week for our group at the Library....Not to many ways you can say perfection, but everything you and Amber did was just perfect. Have to make this review honest as I was threatened by the owner with legal action if it wasn't.
I called Fairfield Flowers an hour before I went to pick up the flowers. All I said was I needed a tasteful yet fun arrangement for a girlfriend's birthday. She did such an amazing job. It was beautiful! My friend adores it. Now I wish I'm lucky enough to have someone send me something from Fairfield Flowers!
TLDR; trust the bad reviews (the good ones might be doctored) and steer clear of this place. Plenty of other local florists who don't threaten unhappy customers
Manager Amber helped me out so much when we were visiting Virginia Beach from Chicago for a funeral. She custom-made a select arrangement while I waited of the freshest floral available. It was so bright and cheered our family up. I would definitely visit again when I'm in the area for custom service and gifts.
What an amazing local shop! Not only are they talented I defy you to find a group who offers better customer service!! Best choice you could make.
Ordered a specific color/type of arrangement to be sent to my new so's office as a surprise... ended up getting their "Halloween special". Wasn't the right color scheme, had a picture of a creepy woman, and the note was wrong to the point of not even making sense. Called to complain and the person I spoke with told me "not to worry I wasn't charged for the picture, and they would do better next time" ...I asked for a refund because they ruined a romantic gesture/I didn't get what I ordered/was embarrassed by the arrangement and was refused with no reason given. I told the woman I spoke with it was fine if I didn't get a refund but that I was unhappy with the experience and planned on letting other people know how her business handled complaints. She then told me if my review wasn't honest she would contact her attorney.
