The staff know what they're talking about and a very helpful, they are pricey though

I went by the store and purchased a large bbq, and made plans to deliver it on Saturday. I was told that someone would call Friday night to establish a delivery time. No call on Friday. On Saturday, I missed their call around 9am. They did not leave a message, or a number to call back, and they never att noted to call again. I suspected that it might have been the store, so I called the missed number back and it was the store's distrubution center. No one answered, so I left a message on their voicemail. After 30 minutes, I called the store to inquire about the delivery and see if we could talk to the delivery team. They took my number and someone called back stating, without apology, that they had attempted to contact me and since that was unsuccessful, the delay very was cancelled for that day. I am unimpressed with that kind of service and would recommend doing business elsewhere.

Prices sometimes a little higher than a large chain but worth it to me to avoid all the crowds etc.
Very helpful. Small enough for a quick in and out run, Large enough to seem to always have what I need. I love their birthday club :)
