Good selection of Hardware, however recently I have noticed that the staff morale and lacking and the quality of customer service is not so good. I see customers greeted at the door by disgruntled looking associates. Sales associate appear accost, rather than assist....morbid, stressed and unhelpful. This must affect sales over time. Courtesy, friendliness and helpfulness cost nothing and the return is hugh. Hope things turn around. I like the store and the selection.
Definitely overpriced but agree with decent service. Over the years some employees have been super helpful. Have yet to realize why they're so much more expensive than big stores when they seem to be monopolizing the business efficiency...like to know when/if it'll reach the consumer???
Great local hardware shop. They are the only place in town to find that rare screw that you might need. Prices are a little higher than lowes or Home Depot but I still use them if I need something quick.
All around average service overpriced items. Next door at the garden center you'll find grwat service with overpriced items. Only go to Taylor's Do It if I'm short on time or don't want to drive to a big name store.
Argumentative manager after lack of concern for customer request. Big oof of manager said, "I'll bring attitude if I get attitude." Absolutely unprofessional.
Some 'knuckleheads', as my father likes to say, working for them. They'll follow you around the store and when you ask for their help they're clueless. For example, asked how much a small wooden garden trellis was on a recent visit and associate stated 6.99 which I found reasonable. After checkout ths receipt stated 10.99. The stalking associate was too lazy to verify the actual price which was bothersome because I'm literally there once a week.
Arrived at 7:52 stood outside watching a gentleman sit on the counter yarning looking at me through the doors talk about customer loyalty will not be back
