The owners at Virginia Beach florist are amazing! Even at a time of distress, when my family and I did not know what to do or where to go, they were exceptional! Not only were they patient with us during our loss, but the arrangements that were placed at the funeral home, even after ordering them over the phone, were absolutely stunning! VB florist is AMAZING!! They made over 20 arrangements for my wedding tables and each one was out of this world. They were the perfect blend of colors with the most beautiful flowers! Very professional and easy to work with and would highly recommend for any occasion!!
Ordered flowers for a baby shower. They were supposed to be picked up at the shop by 10 am which was when I arrived. The woman I spoke with was nice but clueless. She explained the flowers were on a truck and were not at the shop. Even though I had ordered and prepaid it was obvious there were no flowers set aside for me. Long story short she ended up giving me what they had at the shop. (Less than I ordered and had clearly been sitting at the shop for awhile.) The whole ordeal also took about an hour and made me late for the baby shower that I was in charge of!
Exceptional customer service and exquisite quality of flowers! I placed an order from IL in advance of our upcoming vacation in VB. My wife and I were celebrating our 15th Anniversary and I wanted flowers delivered to Barclay Towers upon our arrival. Well, between DJ who took and processed my order to Marion who took down my card verbatim over the phone to the amazing bouquet they put together I can't say enough nice things about how impressed I am and how much my wife loved them!
