Lost my key at one point - the staff quickly verified my info and removed the lock at no charge. My stored items were secure and showed zero damage. Would strongly recommend.
I did some price comparison of various storage units with insurance options, and Extra Space Storage by far is the most realistic and affordable units. Their staff members are friendly, and are eager to assist. Extra Stage Storage also allows their clients an easier access time (6am to 10pm) and they throroughly went through the lease agreement making sure I understood terms and conditions. Their units are well maintained and secured. Thank you Erica and Richard for making this experience a pleasant one.
Richard and Erica were both professional and extremely helpful. Site clean and well maintained. We moved things into climate controlled storage and I was concerned about ac keeping it cool enough with the very high heat and humidity. Not a problem. Highly recommend.
This place is awesome! I would highly recommend this location to anyone in need of a storage facility. The staff is awesome and a pleasure to work with. Erica and Richard were very welcoming, professional, and fun. The facility was very clean and well kept. I have used other storage facilities in the past and Extra Space Storage far exceeds them on every level. We were in the middle of a move and Erica and Richard made an already stressful situation less stressful and very easy! I strongly encourage you to use this facility!
