Amazing team and a fantastic job on a Sunday! Our original mover was a no-show. Kathleen White stepped in personally, had a 3-man team scheduled for us within an hour. Even sent a separate person out with boxes I had requested at the last minute.
My experience with the movers was fantastic. Each of them were professional, kind, and courteous. They handled my furniture delicately with care. My home is a new construction; hence, attention to detail was taken to ensure the newly painted walls and hardwood floors, along with the furniture, was protected. They did just that, while operating and conducting themselves with precision. The walls and floors were protected with coverings and once complete there were no signs of any scrapes and/or scratches. Truly impressed by the impeccable service provided and would highly recommend and use them in the future.
Absolutely horrendous company. They lack any and all customer service and do not even stand by those who offer quotes over the phone. After a one bedroom move that took almost 4 hours due to a lot of standing around or sitting in the truck, the manager of the store called me and asked how I went. I told them and I was supposed to be contact with someone else there and nobody contacted me and almost 160 dollars over what I was quoted was what I paid. I’m glad I paid for laziness and lack luster service.
