There was damage to my couch and mirror. I call Gerard today to tell him and he tells me to send a picture so that the issue can be addressed...what? No, I need to be compensated for the damages YOUR crew caused! I go on yelp to see if I'm the only one who thought they weren't very good. I saw a few removed posts (go figure) and the rest were 5 stars. However, they forgot to delete a 1 star post. Seems like that lady had the same issues as I did. There was also another review that caught my eye. A 5 star review from a "customer" that was actually ONE OF THE MOVERS THAT DAMAGED MY FURNITURE!!!!!! Are you kidding me?!
This is by far the most outstanding moving company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is unprecedented and the team goes above and beyond. I have personally used them and my parents have used them for a long distance move, in any situation I have nothing but good things to say about them and have referred my clients, my neighbors and my friends and family- they are definitely trustworthy.
